Instructions
In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder for 15-20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add broccoli, red bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice. The collagen adds a nutritional boost to this flavorful dish.
