Collagen-Infused Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper Sliced
  • 1 Carrot Julienned
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Grated
  • Cooked brown rice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add broccoli, red bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice. The collagen adds a nutritional boost to this flavorful dish.
