Collagen-Infused Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 500 g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper Sliced
- 1 Carrot Julienned
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger Grated
- Cooked brown rice
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add broccoli, red bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice. The collagen adds a nutritional boost to this flavorful dish.
