  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Scoop Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder and blend again until well combined.
  • Spoon the chocolate avocado mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
