- 1 Scoop Sha-lynn Hydrolysed Collagen Powder
- 1 Cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Granola and sliced almonds for topping
Instructions
