  • 1 Scoop Sha-lynn Hydrolysed Collagen Powder
  • 1 Cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Granola and sliced almonds for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the Sha-lynn Hydrolysed collagen powder, mixed berries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with granola and sliced almonds.
